About the Role
The Senior Flutter Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter. The role includes architecting robust solutions, optimizing performance for iOS and Android, ensuring best practices in mobile development, and collaborating with design, backend, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-scale mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Architect scalable and robust mobile solutions with advanced state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
- Implement platform-specific features and custom Flutter widgets, animations, and UI components.
- Integrate securely with backend systems using REST APIs and WebSocket; implement offline-first solutions.
- Optimize app performance, memory management, and analytics tracking.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on technical architectural decisions.
- Implement mobile security best practices including data encryption and secure API integration.
- Manage app store deployment, release strategies, and post-launch maintenance.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies: unit, widget, and integration tests.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of mobile app development experience with 2+ years in Flutter and Dart.
- Proficiency in Flutter framework, including custom widgets and platform-specific implementations.
- Experience in advanced state management and complex app architecture patterns.
- Strong backend integration skills and experience with offline-first approaches.
- Knowledge of mobile security practices, testing, and app store deployment.
- Experience with performance optimization and mobile analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with native platform integration (iOS/Android) and platform channels.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-scale Flutter applications.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, app store optimization, and production maintenance.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and agile development experience.
