About the Role
Valor Software is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to join a high-impact project involving a platform for short video viewing, live streaming with hyper-casual games, and a marketplace. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, drive technical excellence, and contribute to open-source initiatives within an agile, remote-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient mobile architecture.
- Apply Dart, state management solutions, and OOP/SOLID principles to ensure code quality.
- Integrate REST APIs and socket-based communication.
- Optimize Flutter app performance and manage localization/internationalization.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
- Conduct testing using Flutter testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product features.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of mobile development experience with Flutter (Android & iOS).
- Strong knowledge of Dart and state management solutions.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture principles.
- Strong foundation in OOP and SOLID principles.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, sockets, and Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Flutter testing frameworks.
- Skills in performance optimization and Flutter localization.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Previous involvement in marketplace or streaming-related applications.
- Familiarity with hyper-casual gaming integrations.
