Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid (Telehealth & In-Home)
St. Louis/St. Charles, MO
$90,000 – $125,000 (based on experience) – LIMITED TIME $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the St. Louis, MO area. This is a hybrid role, combining telehealth supervision with in-home and clinic setting services, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (FBAs, skills assessments)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs/BTs
- Deliver parent/caregiver training and support
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Active license in the State of Missouri
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
