About the role and environment
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Flutter App Developer to join our mobile development team. You’ll be responsible for the full development cycle of the Gall & Gall and Etos mobile apps, key digital tools for two iconic Dutch retail brands.
You will collaborate in a diverse team of Flutter developers, Salesforce Commerce Cloud backend engineers, and QA specialists, focusing on delivering scalable, user-focused features. You’re experienced in building sleek, high-performance Flutter apps and thrive in an agile, product-oriented environment.
You understand how to blend smooth user experience with strong technical architecture and enjoy working closely with designers, testers, and backend developers to create seamless mobile apps.
Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart, enhancing the Gall & Gall and Etos customer experience.

Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver cohesive, user-friendly mobile solutions.

Follow coding standards and best practices to produce high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

Keep up with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends to continuously improve app quality.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Strong experience with Flutter and Dart for mobile app development

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs

A keen eye for app performance, usability, and consistency across iOS and Android

Knowledge of CI/CD processes and version control (Git)

Comfort working in agile/scrum teams and collaborating across disciplines
Nice to have

Experience with e-commerce or retail mobile apps

Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other e-commerce backends

Knowledge of Firebase, analytics, and app store deployment
