About the Role

Join a dynamic, growing team working on technical modernization to deliver exceptional client experiences. As a Flutter Developer, you’ll be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, creating scalable and high-performing mobile solutions that align with business goals in the financial industry. You’ll design and develop new features for an innovative mobile app, focusing on user experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop features for FFB’s mobile app for end investors on Android and iOS

• Develop UI components and mobile screens

• Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness

• Participate in software architecture changes and small enhancements to existing software solutions

• Provide 3rd level support and fix code defects

• Collaborate with other delivery teams, technical support, and business stakeholders

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in large-scale mobile development projects using Flutter

• Proficiency in Dart, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Experience with State Management tools (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)

• Familiarity with 3rd party libraries and APIs (e.g., Google Firebase)

• Strong understanding of Android design principles and iOS Human Interface Guidelines

• Familiarity with architectural patterns (MVP, MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)

• Experience with static code quality checks and formatting

• Knowledge of test-driven development and high test coverage

• Native German skills (C3) and proficiency in English
