About the Role
A dynamic team is seeking a Flutter Developer to join an exciting project focused on delivering outstanding mobile experiences. In this role, you’ll take on the full software development lifecycle for the mobile app, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance applications that serve hundreds of thousands of customers.
You will design and develop features, create UI components, ensure app responsiveness, and contribute to enhancing existing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to drive technical modernization while improving mobile experiences in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new features for the FFB Mobile App on both Android and iOS platforms.

Create and implement UI components and mobile screens for an intuitive user experience.

Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of the mobile application.

Participate in architectural changes, refactoring, and enhancements on existing software solutions.

Provide 3rd level support, analyzing incidents and fixing code defects.

Collaborate with other development teams, technical support, and business stakeholders to meet project goals.
Requirements

At least 4 years of hands-on experience with large-scale mobile development projects using Flutter.

Proficiency in Dart, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Experience with state management tools like Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider.

Familiarity with 3rd party libraries and APIs, including Google Firebase.

Solid understanding of Android design principles and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

Knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.

Familiarity with static code quality checks and formatting practices.

Strong experience with test-driven development (TDD) and maintaining high test coverage.

Ability to refactor and optimize codebase for continuous improvement.

Fluent in German (C3 level) and proficient in English (both written and oral).
Additional Skills
