About the Role

A leading player in the global insurance sector is seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join a team dedicated to digital transformation. As part of an ambitious strategy to provide additional personal services and enhance customer interactions via digital channels, this role will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Web using Flutter. You will work with Agile squads, and be responsible for ensuring high performance, reliability, and quality across applications while exploring new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework (for iOS, Android, and Web).

• Ensure the applications’ high performance, security, and quality standards.

• Experiment with new tools and technologies, and contribute to the design and development of standardized development methodologies and architectures.

• Drive digital transformation by developing functionalities that simplify customer and employee interactions within their digital life.

• Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication.

• Monitor application performance and metrics using relevant tools.

• Contribute to the development of solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing mobile and/or web applications.

• Strong knowledge of cross-platform frameworks, specifically Flutter, and Dart programming language.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Atlassian Suite, GitLab, Jenkins, Bitrise, and AWS Code Suite.

• Experience working with mobile and web application monitoring tools.

• Ability to analyze problems, develop alternative solutions, and make informed decisions.

• Strong team player with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in English (CEFR B2).

• Curiosity and willingness to stay updated on new technologies and expand skills.
