About the Role
Quickfisco is looking for a Flutter Developer for its Tech Team in Milan or Catania. This role will focus on building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications, collaborating closely with the CTO and product team to create intuitive and effective digital solutions in accounting and tax management. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and motivated to contribute to a fast-growing digital project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain iOS and Android mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to transform prototypes into smooth and user-friendly experiences.
- Integrate applications with backend APIs and services.
- Write clean, testable, and scalable code.
- Contribute to technical solutions and support best practices in mobile development.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile app development with Flutter and Dart.
- Real-world experience building 1–2 published apps.
- Proficiency in REST API integration, state management, Git, and Flutter packages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to collaboration and feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Firebase, CI/CD pipelines, and build automation.
- Knowledge of mobile development best practices and performance optimization.
- Passion for digital innovation and working on fast-growing projects.
