About the Role
The company is seeking a Flutter Developer to join a small, agile technical team in Paris. The role involves maintaining, developing, and deploying a variety of products while contributing to the internationalization of processes and implementation of best practices. With projects that change from week to week, this role provides exposure to a wide range of technical challenges and solutions. The position is hybrid, with four days of on-site presence per month.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, develop, and deploy software products in the company’s portfolio
- Implement industry best practices to enhance code quality and scalability
- Contribute to internationalization efforts across products and processes
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team on diverse, evolving projects
- Participate actively in team discussions and bring a proactive mindset
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Flutter development (personal or professional)
- Strong interest in building side projects and enhancing technical expertise
- Commitment to clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to technologies such as Node.js, Express, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Apache Kafka, Firestore, Bigtable, Cloud SQL, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Passion for working in fast-growing startups with agile methods
- Desire to quickly grow into greater technical responsibilities
