About the Role
Wiser Technology is seeking an experienced Flutter Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable mobile applications using Flutter. Your focus will be on creating cross-platform apps and reusable Flutter packages that support both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and feature-rich apps, drive performance improvements, and support the app release process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps and reusable Flutter packages.
- Design intuitive UIs following Google and Apple’s design guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and architecture.
- Integrate APIs and manage secure storage for app data.
- Write automated tests (unit and golden) to ensure app stability.
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
- Manage CI/CD processes and support app releases on App Store and Google Play.
Required Skills
- Solid experience with Flutter and Dart, including plugin system and Dart VM fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of reactive programming and clean architectural patterns.
- Experience integrating APIs and managing secure local storage.
- Familiarity with Apple’s and Google’s UI/UX guidelines and animation principles.
- Proficiency in test automation and performance debugging.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and app deployment workflows.
- Strong communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with advanced mobile development techniques.
- Experience working in agile environments.
