About the Role

HNRG is seeking a Mobile App Developer (Flutter) to join its team in a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while being part of a talented development team. The Flutter Developer will play a key role in creating and maintaining innovative mobile applications, transforming client requirements into reliable and high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into functional mobile solutions.
Apply best practices for security, performance, and accessibility in mobile app development.
Write well-structured, documented, and maintainable code.
Perform rigorous quality assurance through automated testing to ensure reliability.
Actively participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure high-performance and scalable mobile solutions.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Flutter Developer.
Solid knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart programming.
Understanding and experience with best practices for mobile security, performance optimization, and accessibility.
Background in mobile app development and experience working with mobile UI design.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
A degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with mobile development tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Firebase, AWS).
Background in cross-platform mobile development.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for mobile applications.
