About the Role

As a Mobile Developer at slashwhy, you’ll join a dynamic team to develop innovative applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS. Your role will focus on creating high-performance cross-platform apps while collaborating with other developers to deliver user-centric solutions. This opportunity allows you to contribute to the design and development of applications tailored to user needs, while fostering creativity and personal growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Collaborate with designers and product teams to create user-friendly applications.
Implement Flutter design patterns such as BLoC and MVVM.
Work with Bluetooth Mesh and DALI (preferred).
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
Participate in Scrum-based Agile software development processes.
Propose and implement improvements for mobile app performance.
Contribute to the team’s code review process and ensure coding standards are met.
Actively participate in decision-making and strategy for mobile solutions.

Required Skills

3+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
Strong knowledge of Flutter development and Dart for creating performant cross-platform applications.
Experience with Flutter design patterns (e.g., BLoC, MVVM).
Familiarity with Git, TDD, and Unit Testing in an Agile environment.
Strong communication skills in both German and English.
A proactive and structured approach to work, with a high standard of quality.
Curiosity and quick adaptability to new languages, frameworks, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Bluetooth Mesh and DALI (desired).
Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with IoT and connected devices.
