Job Overview
Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager, this role involves collaborating with engineers and designers to build advanced mobile apps for Android, iOS, and iPadOS. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional team—including engineers, testers, and product managers—to design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications based on client and internal needs.

Adapt app features to evolving business and clinical requirements.

Take initiative on assigned tasks and coordinate efforts.

Accurately estimate project scopes and deadlines.

Ensure applications meet company quality standards.
Required Qualifications

Practical experience developing apps with iOS SDK (Swift) or Android SDK (Kotlin/Java) and Flutter.

Recent hands-on experience with iOS, Android, and Flutter app development.

Skilled in writing unit and automated tests.

Experience working with Git in a team setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
-
Familiarity with Java, SpringBoot, React is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Knowledge of App Center and mobile app publishing.

Experience creating CocoaPods from the ground up.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $116,300 to $125,000 annually (not eligible for overtime), plus bonus and benefits. Salary depends on job level, skills, experience, and location. More details about the full compensation package will be shared during the hiring process.
