POSITION: Logistics Analyst L-DART II & DMSMS
LOCATION: Albany, GA (On-Site Work)
STATUS: Full time Contingent Hire
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5+years of related experience with supporting logistics data analysis and reporting using LDART II and related logistics information systems to monitor readiness, spares demand, maintenance trends, and sustainment performance metrics
- Must Haves: Extensive experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) monitoring and mitigation activities, identifying obsolescence risks and coordinating resolution strategies to protect system availability.
- Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizen with ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
- Skills: Relevant DoD acquisition, logistics and inventory experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Client Familiarity: USMC
- Tools Familiarity: LDART II, DMSMS, DoD 5000 Manual, DoD/IC Acquisition Process, DAU acquisition, logistics and sustainment courses
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Supporting logistics data analysis and reporting using LDART II and related logistics information systems to monitor readiness, spares demand, maintenance trends, and sustainment performance metrics
- Leads Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) monitoring and mitigation activities, identifying obsolescence risks and coordinating resolution strategies to protect system availability
- Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses
- Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders
- Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
