Overview
Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) at Harnham, New York City. FinTech startup building a next-generation investment platform enabling real-time discovery and replication of high-performing trading strategies. Hybrid role based in NYC with three in-office days per week. Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr + equity.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship features in the Flutter app for iOS and Android
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create performant, intuitive user experiences
- Optimize app performance and maintain scalable architecture patterns
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
- Monitor analytics and crash reports to identify and resolve production issues
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions, including CI/CD, testing, and release workflows
- Assist with future web development efforts (Next.js) as needed
Requirements
- Experience in mobile development with Flutter and Dart
- Proven track record of deploying apps to iOS and Android app stores
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, RESTful APIs, and reactive programming
- Familiarity with Figma and modern UI/UX design systems
- Exposure to Next.js and React is a plus
- Experience with Firebase, CI/CD, and A/B testing in production
- AWS experience (EKS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) preferred
- Startup experience valued; big tech backgrounds less preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $150,000 – $170,000 plus equity. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
