Team Overview
This team is responsible for overseeing the portfolio of products and services that support driver assistance and autonomous vehicle technology. Our scope includes everything from standard-definition maps for driver support to highly accurate, lane-level data used in hands-free driving. The team also works on developing immersive in-car applications and software that showcase the advantages of driver assistance systems. We’re involved in the full lifecycle of new offerings — from ideation and pricing to development and market launch — and collaborate closely with partners and customers to align our solutions with market demands.

Position Summary: Team Lead / Principal Software Engineer – Automotive Software
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Team Lead or Principal Software Engineer to join our Automotive Software Development team, focusing on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and in-vehicle software. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in Android, Flutter, and React development.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain software across various platforms, including vehicle operating systems, user interfaces, and cloud APIs.

Design and develop sophisticated graphical user interfaces for ADAS, with a strong emphasis on Android.

Use modern frameworks like React and Flutter to build scalable, intuitive applications.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration of your work within larger systems.

Keep up with technological trends and innovations in automotive software and apply them to driver assistance and autonomy.

Debug, improve, and optimize existing software to ensure top-tier performance and stability.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Over 10 years of experience in application development using Android, Flutter, and React.

At least 5 years of experience in leading software development efforts.

Strong background in system and architectural design.

Demonstrated success in delivering complex products or tailored software solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with other in-vehicle operating systems like QNX or Automotive Grade Linux is a plus.

Previous experience in automotive software development is advantageous.
