We’re currently seeking a passionate Senior Flutter Developer (SDET) who is dedicated to building products that simplify complex digital transformations and bring valuable business ideas to life.

What you’ll do:

• Lead teams in solving problems and developing solutions that deliver the best results for clients.

• Collaborate with mobile engineers to establish Flutter best practices at hedgehog lab.

• Provide technical leadership across projects, participate in agile processes, contribute to planning, and communicate issues to management.

• Support clients by offering technical advice and gathering requirements.

• Mentor junior Flutter engineers and support their professional growth.

Who you are:

• Experienced with Google’s Flutter platform and Dart programming.

• Skilled in native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development, or similar areas.

• Knowledgeable about Flutter testing (unit, widget, integration, end-to-end) and building comprehensive test strategies.

• Experienced in developing and maintaining CI pipelines for mobile apps, especially for test automation (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, whether troubleshooting memory leaks or translating business needs into solutions.

• Have clear views on what makes a good mobile app regarding performance, security, and usability.

• Understand HTTP, RESTful APIs, and how mobile apps interact with them.

• Familiar with quality assurance practices such as test planning, risk analysis, performance/security testing, and code coverage.

• Appreciate mobile UX and know Apple’s and Google’s Human Interface Guidelines.
