Your Role:
You will…

Work remotely from anywhere in Europe and visit our offices in Germany a few times a year for team events or hackathons.

Contribute to both existing app features and new developments in our mobile platform.

Collaborate closely with the team using agile methods and values.

Maintain high code quality through reviews, pair programming, and thorough testing.

Play a key role in refining our development practices through continuous feedback.

Mentor junior team members and foster growth within the team.

Take initiative and ownership of your work to drive projects forward.

Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
What You Bring:
Must-Haves
-
5+ years of experience in mobile development.

Deep knowledge of Flutter and Dart, and experience designing scalable, reliable apps.

Strong expertise in automated testing for Flutter apps.

Proven ability to manage Flutter app releases.
Nice-to-Haves
-
Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile deployments (e.g., Fastlane).

Background in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.

Fluency in both German and English.
