We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Mobile QA Engineer to support a long-term federal program in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Flutter mobile application testing, Android/iOS testing, API testing, automation frameworks, defect management, and Agile QA delivery.
This position requires working 100% onsite (5 days/week) from Day One.
Responsibilities
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and End-to-End testing for Flutter mobile applications.
- Validate application behavior across Android and iOS platforms.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Appium, Selenium, Flutter Driver, Patrol, or similar frameworks.
- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams.
- Support UAT, production deployments, release validation, and post-production testing.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and enterprise QA standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional IT/QA experience in the USA.
- Strong experience testing Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience testing Flutter-based mobile applications.
- Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
- Strong knowledge of API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI.
- Experience with Mobile Test Automation using Appium, Selenium, Flutter Driver, Patrol, or similar tools.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other defect tracking tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal, State Government, Healthcare, or large Enterprise projects.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, mobile build processes, and release management.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing and secure mobile application testing.
