Role: (Senior) Mobile Developer (Flutter)

You’ll join a skilled team of engineers working to revolutionize last-mile logistics and supply chain systems. Collaborating with product owners, designers, and fellow developers, you’ll create and maintain fast, reliable apps for iOS and Android using a single Flutter codebase. If you’re passionate about Flutter development and teamwork, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.

• Connect apps to RESTful APIs.

• Implement precise UI/UX designs for both iOS and Android.

• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code using best mobile development practices.

• Find and fix performance issues and bugs.

• Participate in code reviews and testing.

• Help automate deployment and improve CI/CD pipelines.

• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years (or 6+ for senior) experience in mobile app development, focused on efficient code and reuse.

• Strong skills in Dart, Flutter SDK, and DevTools.

• Deep understanding of state management (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

• Familiar with app lifecycle, push notifications, background services.

• Experience with platform-specific features like camera and geolocation.

• Knowledge of Flutter Clean Architecture and mobile security best practices.

• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX and app publishing processes.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience with Agile and CI/CD workflows.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in English (B2+ level).

Salary:

• Regular: 18,000 – 22,000 PLN/month

• Senior: 20,000 – 28,000 PLN/month
